FAQs
Who do you work with?
I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
What issues do you specialize in?
Common areas I support clients with include anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem, and trauma.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If something in your life feels stuck, overwhelming, or confusing, therapy can be a supportive place to explore that.
What if I’m not sure you’re the right therapist?
A strong therapeutic fit is important. I offer a free consultation so you can ask questions and see if my approach feels right for you.
What is your approach to therapy?
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and respected.
How long does therapy usually last?
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals. Some clients attend short-term therapy, while others choose ongoing support.
What does a typical session look like?
A typical session is conversational and guided by what feels most important to you. We’ll also have a treatment plan in place that we follow and revisit as needed, so our work stays aligned with your goals. Some sessions may focus on coping tools or skills, while others may involve exploring deeper emotions, patterns, or past experiences.
Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
I offer virtual therapy sessions only. All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space.
What states are you licensed in?
I am licensed to provide therapy to clients located in New York State. Clients must be physically located in New York at the time of their session.
What are your fees?
Session fees start at $150. Fee details can be discussed during a consultation to ensure clarity and transparency before beginning therapy.
